Kingdom Group Pest Control, LLC uses text messages to communicate with customers who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to SMS communications. We send text messages for the following purposes:
 

  1. Appointment scheduling and confirmations

  2. Technician arrival notifications

  3. Service reminders and follow-ups

  4. Invoice delivery and payment reminders

  5. Customer service responses

  6. Promotional offers and seasonal specials (only if you have opted in to marketing messages)

2. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages from Kingdom Group Pest Control at any time using any of the following methods:
 

  1. Reply STOP to any text message we send

  4. Contact us through our website contact form
     

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and will not receive further messages. Please note that opting out of marketing messages does not affect your ability to receive transactional messages necessary to manage your active pest control service.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, trade, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Your consent information is used solely by Kingdom Group Pest Control, LLC.
